Switch and bait tactics. I dont know why I returned a second time. I came in to service the MAP sensor, have it cleaned or replaced. They insisted on doing a full scan when I already knew what was the problem. They proceed to have "casual conversation" and I stated that it would be nice to know how much the ac would be too get fixed. I bring up that I think the electrical system is wrong. Fast forward they explain that we are going to focus on safety. They fix the ac back brakes and oil change. That came to almost $2800. Originally it was almost 5k. Mind you Im at work, I sign the new quote thinking, what I came in for was resolved. It has been 1 month and we already need an oil change, the car overheats and the AC sounds like we are in an air funnel. Im starting at the AG, DMV, FTC, BBB then to small claims. How do you go in for one thing, they fix the "others" then dont tell you they are finished? I had to call them! They said your car is co.pleted but you have all of the error codes, NO kidding, that's why I came for the MAP. The car is shot. How is it driving worse and needs an oil change already?!!! The car is now running hot! How? And dont reach out to Andreas he is always o

My car had started making some noise and shaking and I brought it in from a recommended person for Alex who works there. They immediately made time for me even though they were fully booked. They even Ubered me to a friend’s house so I didn’t have to wait for the car to be finished at their shop. Also helped me looking into best financing when it came time. I definitely will be bringing my car back if I have any further problems. Great service and great staff.

I had an exceptional experience at We-Fix-It Auto Repair! I brought my car in for a few different things, and the team knocked it out of the park. They handled my routine oil change quickly and safely repaired my headlights so they are bright and clear again. They also tackled a more complex steering column fix, and the car drives incredibly smoothly now. A huge thank you to Matt and Cole for being so professional, honest, and easy to talk to. It is hard to find a mechanic shop you can totally trust, but these guys have officially earned my loyalty. I will absolutely return for all of my future auto services! Thanks Guys!

I had a great experience with We Fix It Auto Repair. Our Volvo was having issues with the air conditioning, and with the heat, it was something we needed fixed quickly. The team was professional, honest, and very efficient. They diagnosed the problem with the AC right away and explained everything clearly without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. The repair was done in a timely manner, and now the air conditioning works perfectly, cold and strong like new! It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this place definitely earned our confidence. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and quality auto repair services!

Super cool staff. They work fast. Got my a/c back booming! They will answer your questions. They took me to my car and showed me the answer. I was happy with the pricing. I don’t feel taken advantage of. They will be my go to spot moving forward. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know to check them out as well.
